Personal Injury Lawyer Discusses Serious Crash East Of Williston

According to the North Dakota Highway Patrol, a two-vehicle crash occurred six miles east of New Town, North Dakota on Monday, October 17, at about 9:35 p.m. The collision happened at the intersection of Highway 8 and Highway 23.

Pickup and Car Collide

According to authorities, a car that was southbound on Highway 8 allegedly failed to stop at the intersection, resulting in a collision with a pickup truck westbound on Highway 23.

One Injured, Four Killed

Of the five occupants in the car, only a 28-year-old passenger riding in the front seat survived. The Mandaree woman was seriously injured, according to WDAZ News.

The four other people in the vehicle died at the scene, including the 23-year-old female driver from Mandaree and three men in the back seat, also from Mandaree. The men, also from Mandaree, ranged in age from 21-27 years old.

The occupants of the pickup truck were not injured. The driver was a 23-year-old man from Denton, Texas, and the passenger was a 38-year-old man from New Braunfels, Texas.
