Motor Vehicle Accident

Client was a passenger in a semi-truck driver who was ejected from the cab when the driver fell asleep at the wheel at interstate speeds and hit a guardrail. We ultimately obtained the liability limits under the at-fault driver's insurance policy, facilitated payment of client's medical bills through his health insurer, and eventually convinced the client's health insurer it was not entitled to its $900,000.00 right of reimbursement.
